Trainees are individuals who have been recruited or scouted as prospective talents and are currently under observation. 

They are assigned tasks with the primary objective of assessing and evaluating their capabilities.

We prioritize the comfort of trainees during task execution, with the overarching goal 

of safeguarding their identities. This approach ensures that, irrespective of the outcomes, 

the trainees do not experience negative feedback from the public.

Identities between the trainees are confidential.

Throughout the initial three-month phase, as a trainee, you will undergo structured 

coaching to effectively address and overcome challenges and difficulties encountered 

during the training. 

Further discussion about this will be provided once a trainee passes this phase.
